Sherpify brings adventure to Swedish companies

Leadership development from the Himalayas

Driven by passion

When a Swedish consultant with a taste for adventure meets an adventurous Nepalese mountain guide, sparks fly, and magic is created.

We are Sherpify – a small company with a big passion for adventures. We lead and inspire teams through consulting, lectures, and team activities with an edge.

“Working hard for something we don´t care about is called stress. Working hard for something we love is called passion”

- Simon Sinek

About us

How it all began

In 2019, Helene came to Nepal to climb Island Peak at an altitude of 6,165 meters. Pemba was her mountain guide, and it was at those breathtaking heights that the adventure that is now Sherpify began.

During the pandemic in 2020, Helene's longing for freedom led her to resign from her regular job and start her own business. The goal was to build a company focused on senior project management and run it from wherever she found herself.

In 2023, her husband Pemba was hired. Helene saw great potential in his unique background and extensive experience as a Himalayan mountain guide with eight successful Mount Everest summits under his belt. Through his lectures, Pemba has already inspired many with his passion for adventure and leadership in extreme environments.

Their passion for adventure is the foundation of Sherpify. Together, they now run a unique concept that combines senior consulting with group activities and lectures.

About us

We want more

For us, giving back is important; it's part of our DNA.

When Pemba grew up in the small village of Patle in Nepal, there was no proper school, no roads, or sewage systems. Sherpify collaborates with Ascent Aid Nepal, a charity organization working to reduce poverty and improve education in Nepal.

Ascent Aid Nepal was founded by Pemba and is running by volunteers who want to make a difference in Nepal.

In 2016, the organization began building a school in Patle after a massive earthquake had destroyed the old school in the village. Today, there are facilities such as a school kitchen, toilets, and two school buildings housing approximately 100 students. Ascent Aid Nepal also covers all the meals and four out of eight teacher salaries every month to ensure that all children in the village have the opportunity to attend a high quality school. Sherpify proudly contributes each year by donating a portion of its profits to cover the annual salary of one of the teachers.
